3 pieces of medium size Chinese mushrooms
Stems of 2 stalks of spring onion
5 slices of ginger
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine or Shaoxing Huatiao wine

1/2 teaspoon of sugar
