Serves 3 – 4 pax
1 – 1.5 thumb size ginger – julienne
1 piece of salmon – season with some salt & pepper
3 cloves of garlic – chopped
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine – Shaoxing Huatiao wine
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Some cornstarch solution (thicken sauce according to your preference)
