Roast chicken is one of the easiest dishes you can prepare for your parties. All you need to do is just marinate the chicken and pop it in the oven and let the oven does its magic. Instead of the usual roast chicken marinated with rosemary or thyme, Roland marinated this chicken with kaffir lime leaves. Super yummy! We would recommend that you rest the chicken for at least 10 – 15 mins before serving so that your chicken will be nice and juicy. Try this recipe and let us know what you think.
