3L of water
600g of pork ribs – blanched
500g of chicken feet – blanched
350g of bitter gourd
1 thumb size ginger – sliced
1 whole tomato – cut into wedges
150g of Sichuan vegetables – just wash twice – no soaking required
10 cloves of garlic – with skin intact
1 teaspoon of salt — or to taste
