EASY Air Fried Thai Stuffed Chicken Wings Recipe

EASY Air Fried Thai Stuffed Chicken Wings Recipe

After seeing how Roland made these Thai Stuffed Chicken Wings at home, I feel more justified paying for these at restaurants. These wings are great but if you’re lazy like me, you’ll probably think it’s better and easier to order these at a restaurant. LOL. Nonetheless, this video is good to know for me. At least now I know how to debone a chicken wing when someone holds a gun to my head

You can watch our step-by-step video here to see how Roland made this. The ingredients used in this video are also listed below for your easy reference.

For your info, Roland was using a food processor from Magimix in the video. You can get it from Tango, Metro, Robinsons, Isetan, OG, Lazada in Singapore.

Hope you can recreate this yummy dish in the comfort of your home. Thanks for dropping by our channel.

Marinate wings for half an hour with these ingredients
===
6 chicken wings (mid joint with wing tip only)
1/2 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing huatiao)
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper

Minced the rest here and then stuff the wings with the mixture

70g of prawns – deveined & deshelled
1/8 of red onion
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao)
2 teaspoons of cornflour

Dust the chicken wings with more cornflour and rest them for at least 15 mins before putting them in the air fryer.
Please remember to spray a layer of oil before air frying.
Air fry at 160C for 20 mins (turn wings over on the 10min mark)
Air fry further at 190C for 5 mins to brown the wings & voila!
