Garlic chives only became popular in Singapore in recent years. These chives have a mild mix taste of garlic, green onions and leeks. According to my search, I learnt that garlic chives are high in fiber and low calories ( excellent as part of your weight loss program. They can also help to improve our immunity, making them a really nutritional dish for you and your family.

Ingredients:
Serves 4

– 2 tablespoons of dried salted fish – cut into small pieces (just wash, no soaking needed)
– 4 cloves of garlic – minced
– 2 large red chilli – deseeded & cut into thin strips
– 200g of bean sprouts – head & tail removed
– 150g of garlic chives
– 0.5 teaspoon of salt
